Mahalakshmi PG For Ladies (GP18009)

Stay the f away from this PG. Specially students and working professionals there are so many pgs in hsr which is 1000x times better. Hear me out:

✨️1st Incident: I informed the owner more than a month in advance that I would be vacating, as per the PG's notice requirements. A week later, I informed her that I wished to extend my stay for a month more.(I KID YOU NOT HER BEHAVIOR CHANGED FROM THE MOMENTI MENTIONED I'M LEAVING) Since I was staying in a two-sharing room, I was told that two-sharing would not be available and that I would have to shift to a three-sharing room. I agreed to this arrangement.However, on the very last day of the month, I was suddenly informed that even the three-sharing room was not available and that I should take my deposit and leave the PG and THE FUN PART IS I had already paid for 1 month and she asked me to vacate without giving me my money back. GUESS WHAT her reason was for this. She said that one time I took 2 eggs to eat instead of one and hence she wont guve me my 2500 back. IMAGINE for 10rs egg she does this. The notice given to me was extremely short notice and left me with very little time to find alternative accommodation. After a heated argument with me and my relatives(who had to travel for 2 hours to negotiate with this MONEY MINDED AUNTY), the decision was eventually reversed and I was allowed to continue staying.

(INSPITE OF MY RELATIVESBEING HERE SHE DID NIT SHOW ME THE ROON WHICH SHE WAS ALLOCATING TO ME. The reason what she told my relatives who by the way came at evening 5:30pm, is that, in that 3 sharing roompeople are sleepin now how can I disturb them?FUNNIEST PART IS her own son whose name is *Manohar Reddy Muthumula* who manages boys pg here told his own mother aka the Prettiest AUNTY whose name is SUGUNA in front of us that "what is your problem in showing thrm the room when you know there is no one"

LIKE just imagine your own son calling you out for being a TROUBLE MAKER.)

What disappointed me most was the manner in which the situation was handled. Instead of providing clear reasons, different explanations were given at different times, some of which were unrelated and unfair.
✨️2nd Incident: During discussions regarding my SECURITY DEPOSIT, I was accused of things that were completely untrue. You know what this owner lady said, that madam would only speak to my relatives and not directly to me, despite me being an adult capable of handling my own matters.
Fine I couldn't trouble my relative in the morning as I had to catch a bus I made them speak on video call where this liar (aka our beautiful owner aunty) couldn't show her face hence she flipped the camera and spoke to her. The tone, the language, and the disrespect. MY GOODNESS. SHE HAS NO CIVIC SENSE. She even refused to speak to my own mother. IMAGINE. After a lot of convincing she finally agreed to speak but guess what her conditions were. She wouldn't let my mom come inside the pg. Being a ladies pg how can she do that. She did this ONLY BECAUSE she knows if anyone hears in the pg her true face will be out.I also spoke to the ladies who come for cleaning and maintenance. She WOULD NOT pay them properly and she made them WORK SO MUCH.

My experience regarding room allocation, communication, and deposit-related matters was extremely disappointing.

Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this PG to others looking for a peaceful and professionally managed place to stay.
