Review of SSN Luxury PG for Men || SSN PG || Richmond town PG || Luxury PG for RENT || MEN PG || Do not take PG || WORST PG IN RICHMOND TOWN
I will tell why you should not take rooms here.
Never ever ever visit this PG, the Owners are GOONS they will force you to leave the Room in your last month.
1. They will NEVER return your advance money.
2. They will make the contract in such a way that it will benefit them only.
3. In the middle of your living tenure they will very cleverly try to degrade the facility (eg washroom, wifi, cleanliness facilities) and when you will question them they will say they are not breaking any contract.
4. In somecase they will torture/force you to leave the room if you will not agree with their adjustment.
5. No cleanliness in the PG.
6. Bed is full of bed bugs, you have to buy your own bugs killer for the same.
7. No concept of security, anyone can enter the PG and take your things, the owner does not gives a shit about anything.
8. One among the 2 brother is money minded named as RAM, and other named as Sathish is some what absent minded (A-hole).
9. It is common to see mosquito larva floating from basin.
10. Cockroches are very common there as well.
11. Here those goons have mentioned that Gym and all believe me there is no GYM at all.
12. ADVICE to management: dont be an a-hole, be genuine.
