I had a very disappointing and unpleasant experience staying at this PG. The biggest issue is the refund. Even after leaving, the management is not returning the refundable amount. This is not an issue faced by me alone — three people have faced the same problem.
What is even more unacceptable is that when we ask about our refund, instead of resolving the issue professionally, we are unnecessarily blamed and personal comments are made about our character. This is completely inappropriate and has nothing to do with a legitimate refund request.
Other major concerns:
📹 Cameras are not working, which raises serious safety and security concerns.
🧹 The place is very unhygienic and poorly maintained.
🍛 The food quality is extremely poor and needs significant improvement.
💰 Refunds are not being given properly, despite repeated requests.
I strongly recommend that anyone considering this PG think carefully and clarify the refund policy in writing before paying. Management should take responsibility for these issues instead of blaming residents when they ask for their money back.
Overall, one of the worst PG experiences I have had.
