They don't return your deposit, period. No proper reason given, they just avoid the topic when you ask.
Food is a big issue too — found cockroaches in it more than once, which is honestly disgusting for something you're paying for every month.
Privacy is basically non-existent. The caretaker just walks into your room without knocking, like it's normal.
And the owner... rude doesn't even cover it. You try to raise any issue and they just don't listen, like your problem doesn't matter at all.
Then there's the electricity bill — this is the part that really gets me. It's always random, always over ₹500, even though there's no AC in the room, just one bulb and a ceiling fan. When you ask to actually see the bill to check it's genuine, they refuse to show it and get defensive instead of just clearing it up.
Overall just a really frustrating place to live — no transparency, no respect for tenants, and constant overcharging. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
