I had one of the worst experiences staying at this PG in Chennai. Initially, everything was sugar-coated, but the reality hit hard once I moved in.
They charge unreasonable amounts for even the most basic amenities. Electricity, maintenance, and even drinking water come with hidden costs. I felt like I was being billed for breathing air.
I paid a ₹1000 advance, which they promised to refund upon leaving. But when it was time to move out, they started giving silly and completely false excuses. From blaming "cleaning charges" to random made-up policies, they did everything to avoid returning the money. It's clearly a scam to loot money from every tenant.
Every second here felt like I was trapped in a money pit. They'll squeeze every rupee out of you with excuses that make no sense at all.
This PG is not just poorly managed — it’s a well-planned trap to exploit students and working professionals. I strongly advise avoiding this place at all costs. It's better to pay a little more elsewhere and have peace of mind than stay here and regret it daily.
