Nov 7, 2:07 PMThis is the worst PG experience I’ve ever had, and I wouldn’t recommend it at all. I stayed in this PG from September 8, 2024, to October 5, 2024. When I booked, they mentioned a one-month notice period and that rent payments were due at the end of each month. However, once I moved in, I found the food provided was extremely limited (only two rotis and two slices of bread per meal), so I decided to give my notice.
The first issue was that they claimed my notice period wouldn’t start until the beginning of the next month, not from the date I actually gave notice. Then, on October 1st, they started demanding the rent despite my notice period and the fact that I had already submitted a one-month security deposit. I explained that my month technically started on the 8th and offered to pay on October 6th, which they initially agreed to but then later demanded immediate payment.
The main issue occurred on October 5th. I was out at the Dussehra fair and had informed the owner that I’d be returning around 1:00 AM. I actually returned by midnight, but they refused to open the gate, and both the owner and his father started arguing with me, insulting my family, and even demanded an extra ₹10,000. They have not returned my security deposit and even threatened me when I asked for it.

Nov 22, 12:25 PMVIKRANT IS A CHEATER. He takes my one-month rent and security and never gives my security amount back. He is the biggest liar. I would not recommend using this space as he will STEAL ALL YOUR MONEY.
Going to take a strict action against this issue.
