The hostel owners personally take care of each tenant by understanding and solving their problems and concerns through a WhatsApp group. Food is the best service of all the services provided with wide varieties in menu and lovely taste covering all kinds of North and South Indian dishes and is served 3 times a day (Lunch boxes are provided too). Coming to the laundry service, there was never an issue of clothes missing or declining cloth quality, all credits to their strict laundry schedule. Other amenities include LED TVs for every room, safe lockers, Wifi, 24hrs hot and cold water, attached bathrooms, housekeeping, parking, CCTV cameras, laundry including Iron, mineral water etc ., They also have other interesting policies like referral policy ( cash prizes for anyone who refers) etc.,
Overall the services they provide are definitely worth the money we pay as rent and Pragathi Men's PG/Hostel is surely one of the best hostels in Hyderabad city.
