One of the best PG accommodation in Gurgaon with all facilities including fooding , cleanliness, wifi, all round electricity and supportive staff. I stayed for around 11 months and never had I ever felt the need of complaining about anything. I have seen many PG accommodations who play with meter readings while charging for electricity bill from their tenants but everything had been transparent and genuine with AV Homes. Vaibhav and Anshul both are good in rendering their services.

During my two month tenure, I faced a lot problems at AV homes. So I am trying to list out everything from wrong doings to wrongful or false promises made by owners below:
1. This place started 3 months back i.e from October 2019 end. Now all the reviews from that date s giving 5 stars are fake and some of this are from owners own account or from their friends and relatives. So don't go on ratings.

2. Food quality is worst, they are always inclined to cost cutting rather than giving quality items.

3. Breakfast options provided are not healthy ones. I mean everyone is inclined towards healthy breakfast options. They do make parathas which is a good option but you can't eat parathas always. Other options provided are macroni, sivaya which trust me isn't anywhere close to good.

4. Electricity - They are charging Rs. 10 per unit for electricity which should be okay because it's a commercial establishment. Now problem is I don't know how this happened but my they asked me to pay 1500 for one room in winter for 20 days (because I entered property in mid of the month)
Now this is not clear to me as I have 12 hours of office duty and since it was winter we never used ac or fan. We just used tubelight and geyser. So calculation of 1500 wasn't justifiable.

5. Mattresses - mattresses provided on bed are as hard as rock. You will get it once you visit the property. It's the cheapest option from mattresses market I guess.
PS: It's going to harm your back for sure.

6. Caretaker - they have one key with them for cleaning. So when you are at office, caretaker or other staff is going to sleep in your room. I know this because I caught them few times using my room when I arrived early from office or using other people rooms.

7. Unfriendly exit route : Just after the day I gave them notice that I will be leaving the property they started troubling me for n no. Of reasons.
(A) Firstly the spot stop answering to our concerns or problems regarding anything.
(B) They even asked for charges to be deducted from security deposit for normal wear and tear that happens while you live.
(C) As I told above they deducted unreasonable amount for electricity. Yes there are sub meters for every room but loophole is electricity used for common usage.
(D) I had to shift to a new place somewhat early, so I discussed it with the owners and they told me if you will get a replacement they could refund your deposit as soon as they get deposit from other person. I did that, I found them a replacement but then when I discussed it with them they weren't able to stick to their words.
(E) Now most significant point: As all this discussion happened they tried forcing me out of the property. They started talking non sense in shitty words and shitty tone. Now every other problem mentioned above is tolerable but coercing someone is not at all justifiable and isn't at all respectable. This was the point I decided that I am going to write this review once I leave this property.
All three owners vaibhav, gaurav and anshul were involved in this conversation
And I never imagined that they would behave in such unethical way as they do so much buttering when you talk to them before finalizing the property.

So if you people can adjust with this points then the property is good for you. If not just ignore this place. This is Gurgaon, you are going to get a lot of good properties.
