Apr 4, 5:08 PMGUYS don't go for this pg. They're are fraud. The landlady, infact the whole family is money minded and can suck out money from you in whatever manner and tricks they can. They'll keep you security deposit and then play all sorts of tricks and lies to not give you that money back or will try to suck out as much as possible out of the security deposit. Horrible people. They have no shame. I checked in on 4th mar 2021 for a month. Told them that I will leave by 3rd of next month. Suddenly on 31st March they asked for me money! The moron landlady took the keys for me called her husband and they threatened me that they will not even give me my security deposit. However,I snatched the key and ran away to the police. I filed a complaint against these fraudsters. The police came and resolved the dispute. However, I had to pay rs 500 extra. I got rest of the deposit money. They have done such things to many other people who came to live here. They'll be good to you in the beginning. When you leave they're going to play all sorts of tricks to suck out as much money possible from the security deposit. BE CAREFUL. Also, when you check in ask them for a proper copy of rent agreement. These fraudsters willcharge you 300 rs in the name of making rent agreement and it's not even a proper rent agreement. Also they won't give you the copy of that agreement. Be careful. As soon as you pay money, that's all. All done. They'll hardly listen to your requests. There were cockroaches and bed bugs in the rooms. Everyday Ihad to kill 5-6 cockroaches. The landlady is a bitch and her husband a douchebag. In front of police, she made fake allegation against me that I pushed her and mistreated her. The whole family is liar. They can sell themselves for some money. Extremely money minded. BE CAREFUL. NEVER TAKE THIS PG. I have lived on pgs in Delhi, mumbai, Bangalore, but I have never encountered such people. I regret taking this pg. Thankfully it was only for a month.
