Aug 18, 8:03 PMPaid ₹26,000 (rent + deposit) at Sudarshan Luxury Living Bannerghatta. On check-in, rooms were dirty, unhygienic, and unprepared. We cancelled immediately without staying even a day.
Deposit was refunded after repeated follow-ups, but ₹13,000 rent is still withheld despite 4 emails and reminders. No response from management till date.
Extremely unprofessional. Parents and students, please be cautious before booking.
