This is probably one of the worst PGs to stay in. Everything here is poorly managed, and to make things worse, the owner even removed the place from Google Maps earlier because it had received multiple 1-star reviews — all complaining about the same issues.
Rooms & Cleaning:
The rooms are average, but the cleaning service is terrible. The cleaner barely sweeps properly and uses the same dirty mop for all rooms and corridors without even washing it. Bathrooms are cleaned ones in a while with with no effort, leaving the floors slippery and unhygienic.
They don't provide power backup and proper WIFI connection either.
Hygiene & Pests:
The PG is infested with bed bugs and cockroaches, you can expect sleepless nights and itchy bites. The basement smells like garbage, and during rains, dirty water gets clogged, making it even worse. Bed Bugs are a never ending problem here, I used to kill 4-6 everyday..
Food & Water:
The food is utterly disappointing — most people throw it away after a few bites. You might even find insects, cockroaches, or gutka and Hairs packets in your meals. The drinking water isn’t safe either; open the tank, and you’ll see dirt and even dead cockroaches floating inside.
The cook was caught mixing chapati dough with his feet one time...
Laundry:
The washing machines are old, unclean, and poorly maintained. Most of times your clothes will come out dirty than clean.
Management & Owner’s Behavior:
The owner (lady) is extremely rude and dismissive. She doesn’t care about complaints and becomes aggressive when confronted. If you try to record her response as proof, she’ll resort to personal or emotional comments saying am a women...., instead of addressing the issue. and she will ask you to leave PG if you complaint repeatedly.
Many residents even claim that the PG doesn’t have proper licenses or food permits. If you complain too much, she simply asks you to vacate the place.
Final Verdict:
This PG is unhygienic, unsafe, and completely mismanaged. For your health and peace of mind, avoid this place at all costs.
Don't fall for the photos uploaded by owner cause they were taken years ago.
There are far better options available in the same area.
