Jun 26, 2:55 PMThis PG is dumpyad and owner balu is ***** ( can't use in public). Joined PG on7th Feb.and frm day 1 faced many problems
Most important: onwer will take 2000 for maintenance charge. 1000 will be returned when u will leave by give notice of 30 days
But if u I'll give notice before 30 days. Owner will force u to stay for 60 days or u need to give one month rent.
I hv seen owner fought with one guy for same and broke his laptop
Below is complete list of problems. Think twice before joining
1. Water was available for few hours. Sometimes u nt not get water after 10pm night
2. Food quality was too bad no proper hygiene
3. They will start giving food morning 8am brkfast and by 8:30am it will be finished and then either they will not prepare or hv to eat upma if u will fight for food
Afternoon and night Same problem
4.lift facility is available from 8 Am to 10 pm
5. Wifi will not be available. If u will ask more time onwer balu will ask u half charge for wifi
6. Owner's family stay in same pg . So her mom dad will knock door if u will use more water or fan
7. Sunday, non veg day. They will give only potatao in name of chicken if u will go for luch before 1:30pm.
8. tv not working
9. Force to stay for more time
10. Need to repair bulb or fan or tap by ourselves
11. Owner's mom will cry for every thing
My suggestion never stay in this PG
