Mar 18, 9:26 AMThis PG Owner is a con man. He never returns the deposit money to anyone. If you want to know the honest review of this PG, Read the lowest rated reviews. The reviews which has 5 star ratings are the fake reviews given by the friends & relatives of the owner or the ones who have recently joined here. But when they leave this PG, they will come to know that they wont be getting a single penny from their deposit amount. Anyways, it is not the tenants fault. The owner asks all the tenants to give 5 star ratings. As they are staying in his PG, they dont have any other option than to give false ratings because the owner will ask them everyday why you have not given 5 star rating yet.
I have all the screenshot and call recording of the conversation with the owner. He is a big fraud. Dont waste your money on this filthy greedy and nasty fellow.
