1) All Guests (Users) who are registered on PGO App or website are eligible to become Prime Members by paying annual fee of INR 599.

2) PGO Prime membership offer at Rs.599 can be availed only till 31st December 2023.

3) INR 1,200 in form of PGO Wallet points will be credited within 24 hours of successful Prime Membership registration.

4) Prime members can avail Instant Discount 10% of booking value on all monthly successful paid bookings for self, and the maximum discount that can be availed for a booking is limited to INR 100.

5) Prime membership is valid for 365 days.

6) A Prime member can avail a maximum of Rs.100 in discounts in a month (30 days). 

7) Unused/leftover Prime membership cashback in the wallet will automatically expire when the Prime Membership expires in 365 days. Strictly no extensions or no cash refunds.

8) Hurry!! PGO Prime membership benefits are on “First Come First Served(FCFS)” basis and is available only for limited bookings on a monthly basis.

10) PGO reserves the right to end any or all offers at its discretion at any time with or without prior notice. Usage conditions of offer money in PGO wallet may change at the discretion of PGO without notice.

11) All legal disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana only.

Refunds:

 1. A Prime Member can claim for refund of Prime Membership subscription charges only after 180 days from date of subscription. In case the Guest has availed any benefit under the offer during this period, no refund will be given.

 2. If PGO decides to discontinue the Prime membership offer for any reason, 100% refund of the subscription charges will be given to Guest. In case Guest has availed any benefit under the offer during the said period, no refund will be given.

 3.  All requests for refund needs to be made through PGO care at 040-47234567 and the refund amount will be processed within 7 working days from date of request, except on Public holidays and Sundays.
