1) All Guests (Users) who are registered on PGO App or website are eligible to avail this offer.

2) PGO Double Dhamaka offer lets you get Double the Amount than what you load.

3) INR 1,000 in form of PGO Wallet points will be credited within 24 hours of successful payment of INR 500.

4) Double Dhamaka users can avail Instant Discount 10% of booking value on all monthly successful paid bookings for self, and the maximum discount that can be availed for a booking is limited to INR 100.

5) Double Dhamaka amount is valid for lifetime subject to change in conditions.

6) A Double Dhamaka user can avail a maximum of Rs.100 in discounts in a month (30 days).

7) Unused Double Dhamaka paid amount can be requested for a refund, and the requested amount will be refunded into the same mode of payment within 48 hours.

8) Hurry!! PGO Double Dhamaka benefits are on “First Come First Served(FCFS)” basis and is available only for limited bookings on a monthly basis.

11) All legal disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana only.

Refunds:

 1. A Double Dhamaka user can claim for refund of Double Dhamaka paid amount only after 48 hours from the time of payment. In case the Guest has availed any benefit under the offer during this period, remaining amount (excluding Double Dhamaka bonus amount) can be refunded.

 2. If PGO decides to discontinue the Double Dhamaka offer for any reason, 100% refund of the paid amount excluding Double Dhamaka bonus amount will be given to Guest. In case Guest has availed any benefit under the offer during the said period, remaining amount (excluding Double Dhamaka bonus amount) can be refunded.

 3.  All requests for refund needs to be made through PGO care at 040-47234567 and the refund amount will be processed within 7 working days from date of request, except on Public holidays and Sundays.
